* The consignment split is 50/50, unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of consignment.

* To consign furniture, please email pictures. If you are unable to send pictures or have a large quantity of items, We can make an appointment to come to your house.

* No low end lines from Wal-Mart, K-mart, Target or equivalent.

* Koru will set the prices of all items consigned at a percentage of new retail value. Consigners opinion will be taken into consideration.

* Items are researched and valued at fair market sales prices

* Items may be reduced (max. 20% of agreed price) in price at Korus discretion, Consigner will be advised prior to any changes.

* Furniture and Home Decor - Automatically reduces 20% after Ninety (90) days. Expires after One-Hundred and Twenty (120) Days on the store floor.

* Art - No reductions. Expires after 6 Months.

* No hidden fees, costs or surprises, We take care of Sales tax, delivery charges. Our consigners remain 100% Anonymous

* If you designate your consignment as DND, (Do Not Donate), You will be contacted On expiration of your Item/items. The consigner therefore will have Seven (7) days to collect item/s.
